[Question] Registering A Stokvel-Investment Club

I have already reserved the company name for my online Business for a Stokvel-Investment Club, and currently on the verge of registering the company.

What are the pros or cons of registering this company as "Trading in All Aspects" Or will it be advisable to simply Trade as an "Investment Company" Only. Hence when I visited the CIPC offices, registering Subsidiary Companies have been put on hold for now, but I stand to be corrected...

And how can I Best market this Business online, both Locally and for the Global Market as well.

What are the pros or cons of registering this company as "Trading in All Aspects" or will it be advisable to simply Trade as an "Investment company" only. Hence when I visited the CIPC Offices this year, All Subsidiary Companies are on hold for now. But I stand to be corrected...

And how can one best market this Business online for both locally and on the global market as well.

If it is a profit company then it is of no consequence. If it is a non-profit company, then the objects are of consequence. For a profit company I am not even aware that you can change Trading in All Aspects to something more specific. Anyway, why would you want to?
