    Workmens Compensation Fund

Does anyone have a contact at the Labour Dept that actually responds to queries? Has anyone successfully registered with WCA recently?
The only method of registering seems to be to email or fax completed registration forms. I have waited more than 2 years to get one client registered and only succeeded then with the intervention of F.E.M. I have other clients waiting for registration. follow up emails are ignored.

We specialise in the Compensation fund.
Turnaround time for registration is officially 21 working days. If it is longer than that, there is something wrong on the registration form.

We see that it takes about 3 weeks.
So there must be something wrong on registration form, or no power of attorney was attached. They are very strict about that.

      Hi Gerhard,

have you had any luck with registrations via their email contact addresses? Or is it a process that has to be completed in person at their offices?
