    [Question] General Power of Attorney

My son, currently working in USA (South Carolina), on a non-agricultural visa has accidentally logged into his ABSA account incorrectly 3 times.
The account is now locked. Is it possible for him to give me (his Mother) power of attorney to resolve his problems. There are also other transactions the he wants me to help with, but also need access to his account. He is only returning to SA in June 2018. Much appreciated.

I had a General Power of Attorney for my father. It was accepted everywhere except the banks. The banks require that he had to come in to sign their own forms.
