Hi Guys
Anyone used GearBest.com before ? Are they reliable ? Did you get your package in good time and condition ?
I'm completely smitten with the new MI Notebook Pro (macbook pro rip-off - but better - IMHO)
You're absolutely right, the Xiaomi range is better spec than the Mac, high end build quality at a very fair price. I've not used them myself but I've only heard good things about Gearbest via the grapevine but be aware there may be SARS duties to pay on items imported so account for that with the price.
In terms of hardware ,looks and build quality(sic).
I'm running Linux on all my boxes. Many programmers do..
Im sorry i don't agree - totally different operating system to mac and total different look and weight
And guaranteed to get viruses a lot quicker than mac and have to "update" windows all the time etc etc etc
There is nothing close to a mac
