    Amazon verification for a CC

I’m trying to register on Amazon as a seller. They are asking me for Articles of Association (Their definition: A copy of the company’s governing document, this normally takes the form of Articles of Association in the United Kingdom but may be called something different in South Africa. This document sets out how the business will be run and is like a governing constitution.)

What CC document can I send? I've tried my CC registration certificate and my Annual Return certificate with no luck.

I'm hoping there is someone here who has figured this out....

A CC (Close corporation) only have a CK1 or CK2... nothing more. Have you tried to explain it to Amazon?

In SA that would be the Memorandum of Incorporation, but that's applicable to Companies rather than Closed Corporations.
      Participation is voluntary.

Why do you not get a letter from your accountant explaining it for them also, and attach the CK1 again for them and try again? They might be more understanding if there is an official letter from the accounting officer(accountant)? Just a suggestion...

Close corporations can have an association agreement, but it's not legally required.
