good day i have two registered business and now i need all my business to be under one company and i will be the shareholder and the mother company will also own majority shares in this companies and i can also sell shares in this subsidiaries. but how do i register this company and have it own shares in other companies

Create an account at the www.cipc.co.za website and created a new pty ltd there, make yourself sole director of holding company and issue shares to it's subsidiaries, share certificates can be generated with online templates.
