    Common training in a company

    Some research help please.

I am interested to know what topics or areas you as a company find yourself doing training on or sending for. perhaps also would like to if time and money allowed.
I am particularly interested on what would be ongoing, almost year in and year out, at what ever level and quantity.
As an example product knowledge to new sales people would be an ongoing thing. perhaps IR for supervisors and such forth

I exclude for these purposes, company specific stuff.

    look forward to the replies

Anything near ongoing, we tend to go for train-the-trainer level training. Probably the most ongoing is Occupational Health and Safety related.

And what sort of courses are those Dave?
Its exactly that query I am looking at - what keeps rolling over so to speak, at different stages, but a constant.

So some things may be a once a year, others every three months.
A large company might train a few guys each month on computers or basic IR etc.
