Apologies if this is in the wrong section, just trying to find someplace where I can ask this question.
I am in the middle of a property transfer which is delayed as the conveyancers say they need original court orders that needs to be lodged with the deeds office, however she can only get it from the Pretoria High court whose systems have been down for at least a month now.
Does anyone know if their systems are / have been down for so long? Is there anyway to get original court orders another way? How can a court operate in such conditions if that is in fact the case?
I really appreciate any help with regards to this question.
