Liquidation and Distribution account to Master

So I haven't done a deceased estate in some time and I believe the Master's office made some changes. Don't want the L&D to be sent back and forth so any advice on the supporting documents will be welcome.

    * Immovable property: Do you attach copies of the title deeds or only the valuation certificates of the properties and a deed search?
    * Vehicles sold out of the estate: Is a letter of sale sufficient (surviving spouse sold it)? Is a letter from the executor authorizing the sale also required?
    * Are certified copies of internet bank statements of the estate late account and deceased's bank accounts sufficient or does the Master want originals stamped by the bank?
