    [Question] Annul leave Accrual spreadsheet

I need to develop a tracking spreadshet for (18 employees) that will calculate accruing annual leave based on the following:
Employees are entittled 1 hour leave for every 16.4 hours worked ( 12 months cycle)

I need to be able to deduct annual leave used. Need suggestion for layout , formula etc

    Thanks

How are you tracking the hours worked?

      And how donyou generate payslips?

In essence a column for each month, where you wil enter hours worked.
A formula to calculate leave due.
      Columns for leave taken
      Balance
But seriously, with 18 employees pay the R600 for payroll software.

On another note, how do you derive the 16.4 hours leave per hour worked?

I give 1.5 days per month (easier to manage) so got a spreadsheet with a "leave days due" column, minus "leave taken" column, equals "leave remaining" column...so leave remaining = (leave days due - leave taken) + 1.5......and pay someone to do the payroll
