[Question] Documentation for selling service business clients

I have recently decided to sell my web host business clients and close the busienss, thus keeping the name incase I decide to re-use it in future. I am wondering the best way to put into writing a document to make the sale official and legally binding for both parties.

I know I could (should?) get a lawyer but the sale price is less than R30K, and legal fees seem a little over the top. Is there a legal document that we could modify to suit our needs?

Any ideas on best route forward?
