I have a forex account and company card accounts with them.
I find their online websites pretty slow, but their service has been pretty good. I have an individual person who I can call on with a problem (no need for a call centre), and I'm not a big client. I find their charges on the card accounts quite high, but they are providing me with an option that my others banks couldn't.
That's about it. Otherwise I suppose one bank is pretty similar to any other.
