HOW NOT TO WIN FRIENDS AND KEEP CUSTOMERS

I have dealt with Nashu Mobile for years. Have always found them a cut above the rest.

    NOW

For the last 3 months I have received SMSs from attorneys "acting for Nashua Mobile" threatening that I will be handed over for collection inless I pay my outstanding account.

I point out that (a) I am on debit order, and (b) I am up to date. The attorneys ask for proof, and for the last 2 months I printed my statement and sent it to them.

    Happened again this afternoon.

I have emailed Client Services, copy to Attorneys, in 20 point bold red print to get their admin sorted out, and if they want me to waste my time again downloading and posting proof that I am in good standing and they are at fault I am billing them R500 for my time every email....

If I am not mistaken, Nashua recently sold their cellular business , so you may be fighting a losing battle here.
