[Question] Anyone know of a good lawyer?

Hi

I am currently in business with a family member who owns a higher 60% in the CC (i own 40%).
We have had a spate of disagreements and the business is more trouble to me now than what its worth.

I have decided to sell my interest in the business however my preference is to have a lawyer draft up my terms (instead of speaking to my partner).

Does anyone know of a good (reasonably priced though due as i do not want my savings depleted due to legal fees) business lawyer with experience in CC 's?
