[Question] Are my shares safe?

Hi there,

I'd like to know the following:
If Company A is being sued by Company B for breach of contract and Company A looses, can Company B go after the shares that Company A owns in another company in order to receive it's full restitution?

Yes I would think so. They could go as far as liquidating all the assets of company A and that would include their share investments.
