    Guess what just happened...

    I signed the lease with the tenant with this dual deposit setup between me and the agent, and the tenant deposited the 1 months rent into the agents account but 'forgot' to deposit the deposit amount into my account....

    See...now I'm hustling to get money from people...again proof positive that real estate agents do not have the best interests of the people who feed them.
