[Question] Procedure To Report Bank To Bank Ombudsman?

I would like to know what the procedure is to report a dispute to that one has with the bank to the bank Ombudsman. It is just unbelievable how the bank "plays for time"
    and the matter not resolved

    Thanks

Have a look at their website.

I simply emailed them my complaint, but I am sure they will take ample time to eventually respond that I have to follow "procedure"...

Before you can lodge a complaint with the banking ombudsman, you need to report your complaint to your bank's dispute resolution center and you should get a reference number for the report. After this, you have to give your bank 20 days to investigate and return to you with their findings. If you then cannot resolve this, then only can you lay an ombudsman complaint, at which time you will need the reference number and also provide things such as the reply of your bank.
