I am looking for like minded investors regarding property, specifically the East London & Port Elizabeth area's - I know there are sources just to sure where to look?

Hi Jddt, I recently joined an international Property Investment business. They buy properties, usually bank repossessions or on auctions, They then professionally renovate the property and market it. They have been operating mostly in the USA but have now registered a SA company and have bought their first SA Property - A housing estate in Potchefstroom. The process of buying, renovating and selling is known as Flipping in the USA. One should be able to Flip 3 or 4 times a year giving a ROI of 36% to 45% per annum on average. One can simply be an investor but one can also earn considerable amounts from the voluntary referral program (Binary Network). Any money earned can be invested in the property pool or withdrawn. Hi Houses - I am a beginner, but I am quite informed have invested alot of time and effort doing courses etc.

I am in the East London PE area - I have been looking at student accommodation, but would like a more advanced investor on board with me, just to guide and to share the financing basically a 50/50 split.

You can Jdd, but I have no idea about yoru area as I am in Cape Town. I would never do partnerships as a beginner. All I read and hear about partnerships is that they will go South eventually. The only partner you need iro fiannce is the bank... lol
