    Rentals and Insurance Costs

    A rather vague enquiry but ballpark is the operative word.
    I am looking for indication of rental costs and insurance costs.
    Pertinent details:
    Size - 500sqm
    Area - Industrial
    Currently KZN, outlying and even 'in the sticks' that is, not a neccisity to be in CBD areas


    Value - 5 million
    Risk - Volatile substances (Gas, fuel etc)
