Help setting up Telesales team in SA - We are UK based company

Hi Guys,

Thanks for taking time to read my post.

I currently have a telesales team abroad in the Philippines, which currently collects our data very well for our sales team to book appointments/generate a pipeline.

Due to the success of data collecting we are looking for appointments setters to convert this data. I have been advised that instead of recruiting these in the UK that we should look to move everything to SA as the ROI and quality is fantastic. This would mean SA generating the data and closing the appointments for our sales team in the UK.

With the above in mind its brought us to this site(google indexed well), and I am after some advice as to who would be a good point of contact to start something like this either by ourselves or using an agency over in SA. Anyone in mind, someone I could drop a call to tomorrow?

We are in the UK telecoms sector, currently recruit 15 FT staff in the UK and 5 overseas.

I am afraid I have no idea what you are talking about ! You say you are "after home workers" with you soft phone being used for free calls or to use an agency .

Sorry if I am being a bit dof here but no idea, therefore cannot refer anyone to you. Perhaps you would care to elaborate a bit more.
First of all there is no such thing as "free calls" here in SA unless you are talking about Skype or Facetime for example ??
