I have not used them myself, but have heard of a company called Consumer Guardian Services. But a word of caution - they have very mixed reviews, although the bad ones appear to be in connection with failed attempts to halt auctions. At a seminar about a year ago they were offering to do bond recalculations for free if no fault was found with the banks calculations.
