[Question] What benefits or perks do you offer employees?

Just curious, did some research last week on interesting perks and benefits given to employees.

What perks or benefits do you offer your employees?
Obviously most businesses can't afford a line on their books called: "Perks", that aside, what perks would you love to offer your employees (brownie points for very creative inexpensive perks )?

Well, just this week, our boss told us about a new sick leave we're going to get. Even though we're working remotely, we now can have 2 weeks of paid leave every year. Which is an additional advantage to us. Working from the comforts of our home, flexible sched and paid 2 weeks leave. It just keeps getting better.
