[Question] Survey

My teams HR Manager is in the process of completing her master’s degree and asked if I could help her get people to participate in a survey for her studies. I am not a big fan of surveys but given that it’s for a good cause, I agreed to help.

I don't think that the survey is very cleverly worded. All that we need to do is to click agree all the way through.
