      Welcome to TFSA.

There are ways to reduce tax legally. What legal entity do you trade in? Is your wife a member if its a cc for example? By splitting your income, you may reduce your liability. The tax gurus here will be able to give you better information.

Thanks Blurock I'm trading as a catering business under my surname and just want to know can i put this small amount of money we making under my wife's income tax number and what kind of documentation is required to do so,because we only have a very simple way of doing business. We have an order book and a collection book and in the order book i attach my invoices and petrol slips. The business is growing and most of the profit gos straight back in and i just want to be on the right side of the law.Any help in this matter will be appreciated.
