Can anyone out there assist me please? I am looking at entering into a rental agreement on a vehicle for 12 to 14 months or perhaps more. I do not want ownership at the end of the period - I just want to hand the vehicle back. Normal vehicle rental companies like Avis and Budget do not do that length of time and the finance houses tell me that this falls withing the ambit of the NCA - is this correct? Thanks

Hi needtoknow, welcome to the forum.
I'm not sure if a long rental agreement would be within the scope of the NCA but isn't a long term rental going to be a very expensive way of being on the road for a year or two?_______________________________________________
