at least i now know where all the pipes and meters are being sold...yesterday i was driving behind a vehicle which had 2 people in the vehicle both drinking...and how do i know...because they where throwing the beer bottles out the vehicle onto the road as they were driving...and why didnt i report it...because i have come to realise one thing about this country...the only efficient goverment service is the one which collect taxes...after waiting 45 minutes for the police to arrive while a house breaking was in progress...by the time they arrived the thieve had already robbed the house and made their exit over the back wall...and many more incidents which i wont bore you with.
