Study Material

[Scaffold]

Does anyone know where I can find free/secondhand study material to help with my communication with possible customers or how to improve my sales at work. Any advice or direction will greatly be appreciated. For those who dont know, Im in the scaffolding business trading with new and used scaffolding. Our company is growing rather rapidly now and we have moved into trading with secondhand containers and office furniture also lately. I want to expand my skills so that I dont get left behind. Please any advice will be appreciated.
