Is pay fast connected to pay pal and can I use pay fast to buy and sell item from other country's like America and the uk ???

Nope, they're 2 completely different products supplied by 2 completely different companies.

However, PayFast is a very good way to get started selling stuff online, especially if you're selling to South Africans as you can sell in Rands and it doesn't cost anything on a monthly basis. (They take a percentage of your sales. So you only pay if you sell.)

So if I want to buy some thing that say they use PayPal can I use pay fast instead or is that not posable ???

No that's not possible. You can only use PayFast if they offer PayFast.
