[Question] What should I do with my plot in Palm Beach - KZN

Hi guys

I own a plot of land in the south coast of KZN
its in quiet a popular area
its surrounded by a nature reserve
has two road entrances
its about 1400sqm
about 10 mins away from wild coast
50 meters away from the beach ( very private beach )
I dont have the cash to develop it...
any ideas....?

See if you can make a deal with a developer, my only concern is that the land size is not big enough for developer to get interested in the deal

There are many options for such a piece of land. It all depends on the surrounding area, location to certain areas, traffic routes, scenery etc... If you are interested in really considering doing something with it, give us a shout.
