How to check status of a company on cipro(whether it is still registered or if nay returns outstanding)and how much is the minimum amount to keep your Cipro account activated.

If you are a registered CIPC customer, just commence submitting annual returns and it will tell you if any are outstanding and what the cost is.

There was an Annual Return Status facility, but when I last tried to use it, it was broken. In fact the whole Annual Return thing is dysfunctional at the moment and it is best to check after 20:00

As regards the funds in the account, none are required unless you are transacting.
