Hi Guys
I am looking for someone in Joburg. My lawyer I used to use has closed, and it has been a few years since I have had to hand a debtor over.
So does anyone have a recommendation.
Also stick to your policies for deposits or upfront payments

Depending on the amount owing and level of expertise required, I will suggest to speak to your corporate banker. The banks normally use very experienced and effective attorneys for debt collecting.

Beware of "fly by night" debt collectors. There are also bogus attorneys out there.
