    Getting more leads

Hello , I have a dealership in the security industry selling armed response in Cape Town / Westcoast area
I appointed a tele-sales girl, she is working from the telephone book
Any ideas how I can source another way for leads, it is going to slow at this stage need help here, I need to sell at least 40 contracts per month.
Also not having luck with direct sales reps who can actually do the job.

I did a quick check on search volumes on Google for your market. Done right, you could probably get the volume of quality leads you're looking for. The trick is doing it right.

I'd suggest join Global Warriors for a couple of months and try tapping into the online search market that way. It's about the quickest, most cost efficient way I can think of for you to get up to speed with getting leads from online searches without drowning in all the technical challenges.

In fact, researching that a bit deeper...

How much would you pay per hot lead?

That would be a conversion, which is something slightly different.

What's your close rate on quotes, then?
And probably more relevant - what is it costing you per sale doing it the way you are doing it at the moment? (Just take your monthly marketing spend [telephone calls, staffing etc.] and divide by the number of closes/sales).
