So he sent the following memo to the staff:
"When you go out to lunch and have too much to drink,
Please do not eat pepperments,
I would rather have our customers know you're drunk, not stupid"

Thats pretty good adrianh, very tact way to let the employees know that you know of their mishaps.

I just banned a spammer who posted on this thread (and a few others too). Copy and paste BS - totally off topic - same post on all the threads they're trying to spam...
The reason given is spam for this sort of thing - maybe I should change it to FOCUS
