    Non-disclosure agreements

    Hi all,

    I have been wondering about this for a while.
    How does one formulate a non-disclosure agreement and a MAU (mutual agreement of understanding)?

    Are there specifics one should look out for?
    Can one use a template?
    What is involved?

    These are the types of questions one askes when coming to topics like this.

    If anyone has any idea would be nice to get this down in black and white.

          It's my pleasure. That one seems seems to be simple and as effective as NDA's can be. I think the comment on wellinformed that it takes money to enforce can be all to true if you get involved with the wrong sort.
