I would like to trademark my business name.
e.g.
KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN ( KFC).
just my name . obviously . Is there anybody that could shed some light . Thanks in advance.
A trademark will not only be the name, but colours, shapes etc.
You use CIPC, same as patent office
