    thanks riaan, but would you then let someone cross over mid season? and at what point do you start to withhold information that would be critical to your companies success?

      Letting someone move to a competitor mid season would evoke a penalty clause in terms of financial means I think... Also, NDA's should be in place, but how do you actively enforce that?

      In the situation with Chief Mechanics, no information can be withheld because they have to sign off on safety measures, it's a tricky situation... Unless you withdraw them from R&D and have someone else take their part for 3 months in order to keep your information safe...
