[Opinion] Off Shore Company

I am currently in the process of developing a Web and Mobile Application overseas that will be applicable on a global scale, I have yet to register the buisness/trademark/patent and considering registering the business as an off shore company such as the Seychelles etc. The reasons for me looking at this option is that the business can be managed and operated from any location and Im tired of government squandering tax payers money. Does anyone have any experience or advice to offer in taking this route?

I worked for a company a while ago that imported from the east. The good all supposedly came in via New Jersey where the money was then kept offshore. Quite a good business that he had going.
