    Trade Restraint

    Hi,

    I have the following situation and need some advice. I signed a trade restraint agreement in my previous cc which I have now sold. The restraint basically prohbits me form running a simillar business within 100km radius from Pretoria. Now clients that I wish to sell to are in Potch, basically 160km from PTA.

    The issue is i cant register the business in PTA as that will be in 100km radius. What options do I have?

      In feeling this one over for catches - Do you intend to service the clients in Potch from Pretoria?
