I don't like dealing with companies that have no direct (email / telephonic) contact details. There are many dropshippers who simply operate from home. I don't like dealing with dropshippers because they are unable to provide guarantees and the products generally have unknown origins. I am willing to purchase most things from reputable dealers and I haven't had any problems doing so to date.
No way to get your money back if you are being scammed.
Everything or rather almost everything is based on credit card and it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain control.
Private information like e-mail, mobile phone numbers get sold to advertising companies.
Quality of the actual shipping and handling remains questionable especially with electronic goods.
Upon entering an online complaint the company wants ALL your information for reasons unknown. “I say this because you have an account with them why must you now fill in a form
with all your information yet again”
