[Question] Website Name Hijacked

Hi, I own the site www.mlkproductions.co.za and now i see that there are other sites registered under MLK Productions. A few years ago I registered under.com and then switched to co.za. I believe that i should have ownership of the .com and co.za. I tried contacting my registration company but they are not getting back to me.

My question is where can I check to see if I still own the site under .com. What makes it that much more weird is that the sites under .com is similar to what i do.

Any assistance on getting the correct information will be greatly appreciated.

I disagree that there's any similarity in what is offered on the two sites. In fact, Michelle Knowles being the owner of the .com site, and having registered her site before your .co.za domain was registered - who's hijacking who's name here?

You have to renew your domain registrations every year and pay a nominal fee. If you haven't been doing that for a few years then you would have lost ownership of the .com domain anyway.

Please tell me when you registrar your domain name on .com? and when you buy co.za?
I will surely try to figure it out Who is playing with whom?
