The course is absolutely free (it's a marketing endeavour from our side) and is aimed at small business owners and marketers who whould like to learn about search engine optimization - how to rank well in Google.

Just I could not click through from the PDF to the google keywords. It would not work if typed in either as I am a google adwords customer. I eventually got to it through navigation. Anyway work has intervened so I will try more later.

Well lesson 1 contains good information for a very basic guide to SEO.

I would recommend though that you start Lesson1 rather with the basic technical detail with regards to hosting and website technology factors as this is probably the first and most important step in SEO. The keyword research lesson is very basic but it is functional and good info though.

From a personal point of view I seriously suggest that you get a PDF converter that makes links live and clickable in order for you to increase your affiliate income

Now heres a funny thing.... this seo stuff really works! Imagine that!!

I achieved a really big smile tonight did an article for the blog, naturally based on google keywords tools, 4 minutes later the article was google listed and....
search phrase "crime electric fence" or "electric fence crime" listed No1 !!! (not just sa either by the way)

Friggin unbelievable!!

The reality is the phrase is not worth much, BUT, google is paying attention and can get some serious high positions with a few really well worded articles.
