I removed the local software to re install on a laptop now I cant re install on the second pc....its driving me crazzeee

I think I'm going to stick to Google's apps for this sort of thing

I'm not that keen on a Live Chat facility on a website anyway (unless you've got the capacity to answer queries 24/7).

My 2 cents - I've used live support on a few e-commerce websites and it's certainly handy. Usually they have their own operating hours in any case, similar to a call centre.
