You're also going to need to build a website, become a licensed business, and make sure you have the finances you'll need for starting up. Don't agree. You don't hire someone to answer a cell phone for you. The net is no different. But yes, you will want to add "professional gloss" to whatever you start. First step however is to learn what it is you want to do. That is what takes time. The mistakes you cannot afford to pay a professional web site builder to make.
