What do you like to see on an Online store???

I am busy in the last stages of setting up my online store.

I would like to hear from people who purchase online what they like to see / don't want to see when they shop an e-commerce store?

This is my 1st business venture, so just interested to see if what I had in mind matches public opinion?!?

I will be using PayFast as a gateway for credit cards etc, as well as direct EFT to my bank account if chosen.

I want to see real contact details.
I want to be able to talk to the supplier on the phone.
I do not want to see hundreds of products that you cannot possibly have in stock.
I do not want to see any annoying Flash junk blinking or moving on the screen.

If you are planning to take payment and ship products then you need to be very careful of transporot cost.
The site must work on my PC, tablet and phone.

Have paypal facilities
Have a user friendly site
Have a quick site - not one that takes ages to open because it has some moving object on it
Keep it simple
And make sure you do what u say u will do - bad publicity travels fast
