    I can't get a merchants account

So today I heard from the bank that I can't get a merchants after singing up with a payment gateway and opening a new bank account with them per there requirements. Now I have to search for a new solution that will give me the same functionality that a merchants account offers in terms of 1 business day before I receive a customers money. And the best part of all is we work 10 months on our new site to get it to the right standard and to accept payments this way.And now we have to pay for a new bank account every month and we are bound by contract to the payment gateway for 3 months so we have to pay them there fee for 3 months without being able to make use of them.Has anyone been in the same boat?

Don't have a solution, but Payfast was reasonable to get a account from if you have the correct documents.
Only stress when you can change the outcome!

Some instructions while starting, Getting a merchant account can take anything from a few days to more than six months (if you make many mistakes). If you’re going through it for the first time, you may find yourself stuck at various points in the process. These sticking points can result in massive delays. You don’t want to be sitting there with a business that has users who want to pay you, but can’t because you don’t have a merchant account. Unforeseen delays in this process can cost you dearly, and if you’re going through this for the first time, there will probably be unforeseen delays.
