Interesting question. They would need to be a registered financial institution so maybe start with that register.....if there are any.

I'm not saying it doesn't exist but I've never heard of of this arrangement. Wouldn't most private people that were in a position to lend others money in the form of a property bond rather just buy property themselves and then become a landlord?

i do not think every one want the problems going with being the landlord. must u be registerted or must u have more than x customers.
