[Question] Can 2CheckOut solve the paypal issues??

Hi There

Does anybody uses 2CheckOut as a payment gateway? They claim to be the first company to get a workaround the Paypal issue for receiving funds into SA.

Apparently they can also receive payments from Paypal accounts and pay it then directly into a SA bank account. I still need to really get my head around this one and try to figure out if it will work for my business.

Has anybody use them so far - any comments? Is this really a solution for our headaches regarding affiliate income and international payments?
