Hi, Has anyone had experience with NEF Funding.
I have a question on the following, on their expected pricing:
IRR of between 12% and 15%, nominal pre-tax
Does it mean that if the IRR is 12% the interest rate will be 12% on the loan ?
Very confusing for me
