Hi. I'm busy with quotations for export to Burkina Faso and Ghana and perhaps Mali and Ivory Coast. Can anybody help me with proper contract that I can use to make sure that all goes well with export, and that there is no surprises at the end.
Contracts are great to have in place but payment is the most important part.The best way to work exports is like many Chinese companies do and get the customer to pay in full before the container/truck leaves.Also look at Credit Guarantee or similar company to ensure that you do get paid.
Been down this route with the Russians,I won but it was a costly fight.....

There is only one contract required for exports: Cash up front!
