I am now trying to complete the WCA - the online submission form but cant seem to get anywhere.

I complete everything that they are asking and then click on Get Return of Earning. I wait a few seconds and then I get a reply RoeSubmission fetched successfully. That is how far I get. Where do I actually then get the form to complete and submit. Sorry for being so stupid, but I cannot seem to find the form.

You cannot complete the 2014 ROE yet as the year has not been "opened" yet from their side. I think this will only happen on 1 April as the submission period is April/May 2015.
The last year under ASSESSMENT YEAR should be 2013, which was due last year.

Thank you very much. I was under the impression that the return should be in by end of March.

It's a pleasure. The filing season for ROE is April/May this year (per www.labour.gov.za).
I think they will always have it together with SARS emp501 season, which is great, as you need to collect the data for the recon in any case.
